EXPANSION INVESTMENT IN THE NORTH OF VIETNAM

For the demand of growth, now in northern Vietnam, the Company is building a new system of factories and gradually moves its production activities from No. 2 An Da, Haiphong to Hung Dao ward, Duong Kinh District, Haiphong city on a broad area of 13.6 ha of which square is four times larger than the old site. Along with expanding production site, equipment systems of Tien Phong Plastic also be invested to meet increasing production scale. New system of factories and equipment as above mentioned will reach tens of millions US dollars. Investment objectives of Tien Phong Plastic is to meet the demand of development strategy in scale and production output, increase its competitiveness in product markets in Vietnam and other countries in the area.

INVESTMENT OF MANUFACTURE FACTORIES IN THE SOUTH OF VIETNAM

Succeeding the strong growth in the north of Vietnam, a new factory system has been invested in an area of 5 ha in Dong An Industrial Park II - Binh Duong Province by Tien Phong Plastic and some other partners. Total investment is in the amount of VND100 billion. Southern Tien Phong Plastic will manufacture kinds of plastic pipe: PVC, HDPE, PP-R in order to provide to the southern and southern central provinces which are considered the largest market for plastic industry of Vietnam. The investment of the new factory system in the South has marked a watershed in the development history of Tien Phong Plastic. It does not only make the increase of revenue and profit of the company but also bring new high quality products with brand name "Tien Phong Plastic" to consumers nationwide, maintain the brand name "Tien Phong Plastic" which is a leading brand in plastic industry particularly and in the market generally.

INVESTMENT OF MANUFACTURE FACTORIES IN LAO P.D.R

Tien Phong – SMP Plastic Joint Venture Limited is invested in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic for the strategy of providing products to most of the water supply projects and sewage-sanitation projects of Laos, especially projects financed by World Bank and ADB. The total investment is USD 2.5 million of which 51% is owned by Tien Phong Plastic. So far, Tien Phong Plastic - SMP investment has been completed in construction and equipment. It has also begun the manufacture and its products are provided to many projects in the whole country. Currently Tien Phong Plastic - SMP is the biggest factory that produces plastic pipes and other related products in Lao PDR.

INVESTMENT OF REAL ESTATE PROJECT

With aspirations to become a powerful Economic Group in Vietnam, Tien Phong has a plan to invest a real estate project in the area of over 6 ha along with Lach Tray street – in the central of Haiphong city with total investment valued hundreds of million dollars. This project will include commercial centers, office for lease, international standard hotels, apartments, supermarkets... The project will be developed on  old manufacture area of the company after moving it completely to the new site. Currently, the project is in the process of feasible study and general planning design. The objective of this project is to create a landmark for Hai Phong city, create brand mark for Tien Phong Plastic and earn profit for the Company.
